2020 Fattoria le Pupille ROSA MATI IGT Toscana Rosato

Rosa Mati, a strong minded and full of life woman, was the first in the family to believe in the potential of Maremma, at the time a land yet unexplored. Elisabetta Geppetti wanted to dedicate a rosé wine to this woman, as a search result of a wine characterized by a major structure and a more complex bouquet.

Smell and taste: Bouquet of citrus fruits, hints of small red berries and pepper. The palate is pleasant, fresh and well balanced by a round body.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with aperitifs, fish crudités, sushi as well as first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.
