Schiopetto Blanc des Rosis is an award winning blended white wine from Friuli. When young, try Schiopetto Blanc des Rosis as an aperitif. Later on, the aged wine goes well with mushroom dishes.
Smell and Taste: Intense aromas of yellow fruit with hints of flowers that lend elegance and finesse. Soft palate but with good personality and intriguing fusion with perfumes. Long, slightly mineral finish.
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with shellfish and all first pasta courses. When aged, interesting contrast with creamy mushroom dishes.
Serve at: 13° C
