The Riserva represents the roots of Fattoria Le Pupille. It is the first wine being produced and commercialized within the newly created Morellino di Scansano production disciplinary, paving the way to a profound bond with the appellation.
Smell and taste: Scents of marasca cherry and aromatic hints that recalls the Mediterranean brushwood. Elegant and silky, medium to full body. Fresh but fully ready, with lovely ripe tannins.
Serving suggestions: Perfect with typical tuscan pasta-based courses, red meat or game, as well as with aged cheeses and mustards.
