Castellare’s top wine, ranked in the Wine Spectator Top 100 on multiple occasions. The company takes great pride in demonstrating the greatness of the Sangioveto variety, paired with Malvasia Nera, achieving a worldwide position of sixth place in 2020. Rated Best Italian wine by Monica Larner of the Wine Advocate in several occasions. 2017 is the 40th vintage of this exceptional wine with a celebratory label.

Vairāk par Castellare di Castellina: Castellare di Castellina radās pēc četru īpašumu (Castellare, Caselle, San Niccolò un Le Case) apvienošanās pēc Paolo Panerai iniciatīvas ar mērķi ražot vislabākās kvalitātes vīnu. Tas bija pagājušā gadsimta 70. gados, kad bija sākusies itāļu vīna tā saucamā renesanse. Castellare di Castellina, kas atrodas Chianti Classico reģiona centrā, kopumā aizņem 80 hektārus, tostarp 20 aizņem olīvu birzis. Vīna dārzi aizņem 33 hektārus dabiskā dienvidaustrumu amfiteātra kalna nogāzēs, vidējā augstumā 370 metrus virs jūras līmeņa.
